My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The siding is red cedar, pre-primed in semi-transparent at the factory in Cabot Beechwood Gray. Then a single coat of Semi-transparent Cabot Pepperwood was applied. Most of the ext. trim is Benjamin Moore # 1523 Embassy Green. The window color is Marvin's wineberry cladding.

    I love the shade of the metal standing seam roof. What is the metal and what is the color? I'm doing a similar shake shingle/metal combo roof in California. I love what you did.

    Thanks for the nice comments. That is copper, and it has become very expensive lately.
