If you select an open base console you can do a table and seating! The mirror console we are showing below has a stretcher towards the back of the base. You could tuck two small stools underneath it that people could pull out to use to sit on when taking off their shoes. The console and stools we are showing are both only 16" deep. Because of the stretcher the stools would protrude a few inches, but the whole setup should not be more than 19" out from the wall which would be perfect. Choose stools with a dark wood tone similar to the frame of your clock or chair. The clock is a wonderful solution for the curved wall because it is round. The clock shows off the gentle curve beautifully. Do not hang anything else on the wall. Instead, put a tall floral on the console to balance the height of the clock. Add a tray with a few picture frames to incorporate some of the photos you were thinking of using for the collage. We like the look of weathered blue-gray wood frames in relation to your paint color.
