My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Caitlin, This sofa is from www.elte.com. Elte is in Toronto... I'm not sure where you are located. The website is currently limited however they are re-launching their website in the coming months to showcase more product. This is one of their stock sofas. It's super comfortable with densely packed down seats and poly-filled back cushions. I hope this helps! Erika
