Need help with my bathroom remodel

We have started our bathroom remodel and got this vanity http://www.overstock.com/Home-Garden/Fresca-Allier-48-inch-Wenge-Brown-Modern-Bathroom-Vanity-with-Mirror/7456461/product.html but I don't like the mirror it will take up the whole space.
Attached is what the bathroom will look like so couple of questions
1. Should we keep the existing mirror and put light fixtures above the mirror?
> My concern with this mirror is that it's too large
2.
