    I received several crystals that don't even go with this chandelier and a separate box with the correct circle crystals came shortly after the chandelier box arrived. However none of the drop crystals have chains to attach them and the one crystal that did have a chain of plastic crystals attached is broken and can't be reattached. I tried to take the chain from one broken crystal and attach to the ones without and it's not easy and it bends the wire so much that it doesn't close correctly and looks like it may fall off. How can I get the crystals with the attached? I need 33 of them. Thank you!
