I'm building a new house, and the pantry dimensions are 5'1" by 6. very small... mistake on my part, but its too late now. I wanted to have a countertop in there somehow for things that we use every day, but that there is no room for on counter (Keurig, stand mixer, blender, etc). one wall has a door, one wall has a window.... how can I lay this out to still do that, but leave room for food? layout is funky - what cool design ideas could I put in that would allow max storage and still a countertop?
