Lots of options here! Some may favor a uniform look--same style of lights, same metal finish--but you could also go with different lights and even mix in different finishes, especially to differentiate each room from the others and create a deliberate, layered look. I say go for mixing it up a little. The look is to coordinate the fixtures not match so similar elements such as glass type, metal finish, etc.
