I'm keeping the front of a philadelphia historic row home but everything else is coming down and being built new construction. The back of the house will be new. The foot print is 14 x 52. The back wall on the first and second floor will 9 ft wide by 8 ft tall French doors with sidelights and the third floor will be a center casement window with side casement windows. I've got quotes for Quaker Brighton series products and an Anderson composite product of the same price point. Both products are a similar look with all glass panels, and similar price but are the qualities the same? I'm open to other brands as well but I have spent a lot of time with these two sales people so would like to go with one if everything is equal. Thoughts?
