My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Thank-you for your inquiry
    Window frames were existing, new sealed units were installed with the added grill detail. New craftsman style trim was also added around the windows.
    New flooring was installed throughout this property, It is a site finish rustic white oak material, with a walnut stain and matte commercial grade finish.
