I see a lot of these cellars on Houzz, but the Pros are not responding. Is this a business and where are you located?

We are a contractor that specializes in underground wine cellars that can be installed beneath any room in your home, and we are preparing to launch operations early next year. Our wine storage system is an underground system that can hold between 500 and 1,500 bottles. Initially we will be servicing Northern California.
