Hello. We are beginning the process of a kitchen remodel and are considering a built-in fridge vs a counter depth fridge that is made to LOOK built-in. To me, the built-in look really needs the louvers above the unit (maybe that's the SubZ look), not just being flush to the counter. The only brand I've seen that offers that sort of trim kit is Electrolux/Frigidaire (trim kit 241723001, for those interested. Link to trim options http://www.electroluxicon.com/Files/Documents/E11PPGBITK_0811_EN.pdf), but I'm not happy about the poor reviews Electrolux has, especially related to the fridge's ice maker. Does anyone know of other brands that offer trim kits that simulate a real built-in look? We are leaning towards French door units with bottom freezer and in-door water/ice dispenser. Thanks!
