Our new bathroom

Our project has been a full remodel of this 964sf ranch on a basement. With only one bathroom we needed to make it look nice but more functional. Started in the bathroom because it was the worst and the least functional room. We still have some little things, finish trim and replacing the outlet and cover plates, new mirror needed yet too but overall the majority of the items are completed. Decorating and finishing touches coming soon! It had carpet in the bathroom, a old surround that was covering tiles that were also falling down. We moved the toilet to behind the door in order to make use of that space and put in a larger sink vanity. We also tore out the shelving in the corner and widened the opening and brought in hook ups for a stackable washer/dryer unit.

Thank you. We are planning ahead for selling this within 2 years. Trying to make appealing as starter home or for retirement due to area and size of home.

Thank you both. Final fixtures going in along with trim. New mirror is now up and matches vanity. I think it updates this bathroom nicely. We plan on selling this in the next couple of years and want it attractive for a young couple starting off or an older couple retiring.
