I would put nothing up there. I would also lower the chandelier and shorten the centerpiece. Bring the room down to human scale. I suspect if I were in that room right now, I'd feel very tiny.

Looks like you have a lot of these ledges in your space. My tendency would be to decorate in the 8-10 feet of living space and keep eyes focused where you and your stuff live, ignoring all but the very widest ledges like the one right of the stairs and entry. That one in the diing area isn't wide enough for anything much to fit on it. Your large mirror is too big - see how it is already as high as the door frame. Would it fit vertically on the wall by the stairwell? Try hanging it there with its center point 5' above the floor. Add a trio of large vases of different heights to sit on the floor beneath it if it won't block the traffic flow. Meanwhile, your two candlesticks and urn from the stair landing area might work there. The shelves on the left side are mounted too high. The center of the grouping should be 5' above the floor. That goes for the photo groupings up the stairs too. Put art in the place of the large mirror and add stationary drapery panels at the windows to keep eyes focused below the high wall and ceiling. Chandelier should hang 30-36" above the table, so think about lowering it into the living space as well.

Your shelves are also way too high. No one will be able to see anything on them. They're also a bit small. I think big art would look better on this wall.

I'd remove the tablecloth as well.
