We're in the final planning stage for a kitchen remodel & am trying to make a decision on the wall cabinets. We have a 46" window in front of the sink. There is 19" to the left of the window and 12 ft to the right. I'm trying to decide whether to put a 15" upper cabinet to the left of the sink and then equally space (3-4") the wall cabinets to the right. -or- leave the space open (with cabinets to right over equal distance 18-19"). The 15" cab is not crucial for storage but I can't help but feel like the kitchen doesn't look balanced without it. Help!
