I am having trouble finding replacement interior door hinges for my 1910 home. The old hinges are rusty looking and covered in paint. I would like to replace the hinges but I cannot find hinges that have thick enough plates. The newer plates are thinnner so the doors do not close properly. Any suggestions?? Thanks!
