My advice is put up a curtain to hide everything. It's messy and can't help the looks of your bedroom or whatever room this is.

Pottery Barn recently had some really nice open shelving and racks. Sorry I can't provide a link for you. Your creation does not look sturdy or permanent.

Also you need to really think about what you want to hang or have showing. It must all be group likewise. Look at Darzy's inspiration pic. The shirts are all hung together by color. The length of the shirts are pretty much the same. Your things need to be grouped better. The things down by the floor look out of place, like you just threw them there because you ha no where else to put them.
