Bathroom mirror size

We have very little storage in our master bath. So I'd like to replace our large one piece mirror with two nice looking recessed framed medicine cabinets that look like plain mirrors but will actually add much more storage. Our vanity is 70" long, 35" high, the two sinks are close to the outer edges. Our ceilings are 9" but vaulted in that section of the bath. The biggest cabinets I can find framed in brushed nickel are 24"x30" the others seem too small for the large wall. Will this be a good size? We will move the lighting down or go with sconces but sconces would have to be on the side walls (not the same wall as the cabinets) as the vanity is inset. Thanks for your thoughts!
