Can anyone give me some advice on this please

The pictures are my countertop which are installed by lithium one in Prince George , BC, Canada .
Huge gap appear between the backspace quartz and the wall. Chips in multiple places . Different profile edge. Discoloration on top of the kitchen island. Glue all over my master bathroom wall. I am wondering if these are fixable. Or I should ask them to replace it . Need some advice please .
