Depending on your budget, try to do a accent wall , burnt orange , to bring out your furniture, change fan to ceiling mount fan add two remote control reading lights on ceiling. also try changing the floor to wood ,man I could go on and on .... try those first, keep me posted!!!!

you have a lovely large room! I would probably start by choosing a reading chair and ottoman and maybe adding a bench at the foot of the bed. Good luck with your project!
