Check out the SubZero 700 tci. It installs flush and is only 27' wide...80" tall or the Thermador freedom 24" wide model. It is 84" tall. You might also consider refrigeration and freezer drawers. Another idea is to look for used or new refrigeration with sliding glass doors as you would find in a 24 hour market....Check the depth...no more than 24" and if you do not want to see inside, frost or etch the glass with an kit or spray. Because these units come in either refrigeration or freezer you may still want freezer drawers. Your space is 7x11; is it a dead-end as in the photo?
The kitchen in the photo is wasting the blank space along the back wall. If yours is also a dead end, decide first whether you want to see either your range or your refrigerator at the end. You do not have to have either but if you want either it is important that they be 36" wide so as to use the available space and install flush at 24" deep. If it is the refrigerator, I suggest purchasing a 36" wide 24" deep French door refrigerator with freezer drawers on the bottom. Make certain it installs flush. On either side of whatever you put there, install base units that meet the requirements of the Hafele magic corner (there are 2; I prefer the magic corner 2 but it is your choice). You will want one for each side...they are different and you will want your cabinet doors for these hinged away from the back wall; that is on the right side for the one right of the refrigerator or range and on the left for the one on the left side of the range. I suggest uppers flanking the refrigerator and if they turn the corner have doors made that hinge in the corner and open both the 90 degree cabinets at the same time. Consider lazy susans inside or some other hardware made to fully utilize the space. If you need storage you may line both walls with uppers. Now you have approximately 7 feet remaining on each opposing wall. I suggest your sink and dishwasher on one side and the range and hood on the other. If you are tight on space consider the slimline dishwasher by Miele....if you get the one with china/crystal setting make certain the installer only connects it to cold water as the machine heats its own water. Have all base cabinets outfitted with pullout drawers so you do not have to pull everything out to find what is in the back. Have your cabinet maker install baseboard drawers as well and consider making your counters 38" high unless you are quite short. You will get larger baseboard drawers and be more comfortable. For more space savers look at the Hafele pullout pantries and opposite that consider 2 Hafele strato lifts one above the other for microwave and with a pullout for small kitchen appliances, and at the top a Hafele lift stay so that door open perpendicular to the ceiling. These 3 pieces should sit atop your base cabinets and be only as deep as needed for what you are going to store. They can be the full 2 feet if needed, just equip with low sided pullouts on all but the microwave one. Keep some counter space on either side of your range and sink. Have the under sink equipped with pullouts as well and a hinged door at the top for storing sponges, etc. Consider also pullout cutting boards which double as extra counter space when needed. If you want a 36" range and can get one that installs flush and will not interfere with the opening of the magic corners you may put that on the center of the back wall. I would opt for touch latch on all doors and drawers so as to avoid all the hardware and its added protrusions. I recommend you get the Hafele kitchen catalogue; it has everything you will need....I have not seen Hafele baseboard drawers but I imagine you can adapt a pullout of theirs for one. You might consider translucent class fronts on your uppers and lifts, to lighten things. Light your kitchen well including celling, undercounter and interior cabinet. Consider mirrored backsplash; take your cabinetry to the ceiling (the baseboard drawer in the photo conceals a step stool). Consider Hafele backsplash rails, shelves, and baskets. Please don't have all the tall pieces on one wall or all together; break it up. Think outside the box, have fun, and please come back and show us your finished kitchen!
