Can you tell me how wide the walkway is between counters and island? Gorgeous kitchen :)

Hi Allyson. We try to allow for a minimum distance of 36" and maximum 48" between island and perimeter counters. In this project the distance is closer to 48" because space permitted.

We are building a new construction home and i made the walkway 54", because I often feel crammed behind islands. I wonder if 54" is too wide, because the 48" looks adequate?!?
