My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Yes, the corner window is double pane, and we used a small metal/flashing cap angle at the joint. The bed was by owner. Unfortunately we don't have a record of the final paint color, wish we could be of more help!
