Hi, Will you place it later on where your tree is? I like its design and the finish which seem to echo what you have...

I was intending on keeping it where it is as I do not have a table nearby to place a cocktail-do you have any other suggestions

Can you scoot it back a few inches so that it's near the edge of the rug and in front of the lamp?

If I scoot it back it will hide the base of the lamp which is a nice chrystal

It seems to intrude on the rightful space of the coffee table, do you know what I mean....as though a person sitting there would bump into it....

Agree that the table is nice but in the wrong position. Is the coffee table too far away from the couch to be functional? I think that might be the underlying problem. I'm all about function, so I might try swapping the chairs and the couch, so the coffee table would be usable from the couch, then put the silver table between the chairs. But without seeing the rest of the room it's hard to say. Just a thought.

Looks great, you might prefer couch were chairs are and vice versa

I agree with those above. It fits perfectly with room! But it's sticking out there too far.

The side table is great and accents your pillows. Unfortunately that side table does not work functionally so try swapping it with the side table you have between the 2 accent chairs. The arms on the chairs are lower and might be a better match.

M.M.

Love those chairs!!

Without seeing the other walls and furniture of your space, I'd advise placing the coffee table 18" from the sofa and positioning the two chairs 18" from the other side of the coffee table, floating to face the sofa. Use your dark tables at either end of the sofa and add an armless slipper chair and the floor lamp, along with the pretty silver table in the window area. However, my impression is that the coffee table is too large. This may be due to the camera angle, but an optimal size for it would be no wider than 1/3 to 1/2 the overall length of the sofa, and the length should be less than 2/3 of the measurement between the sofa's arms. It appears as though it would overpower the sofa if turned for optimal use. May be a camera issue though. Do some measuring.
