Green color for boys room

My three year old son wants his room painted green. We initially decided on Salisbury green in the Benjamin Moore historical collection. Now I'm worried that it's not appropriate for a boys room. Will it be tough matching boy color things with that wall color? Thoughts? Suggestions for another color? I just don't want it to be too dark of a color. The photo below is what I found for a Salisbury green example online.
