Hello,

We have just moved in to a house and need help with the dining room. The walls are grey, the bottom part of the wall has wood piping in antique white, which also matches the crown molding. The floor is a dark brown wood. The dining set we choose id=s wood, with wood chairs and 2 teal blue accent chairs (pictured). The room size is 11.5 by 9. Is an area rug necessary, or will it make the room look smaller. If it needs it, what color? Also, what color should we do for the window panels? There is currently white sheers hanging from the previous owner. Any help or other decorating ideas would be great!
