The family/media room is located in the basement, which is finished. The room is a little awkward, since there are only 2 walls that does not have a window, a door, or a closet. My biggest dilemma is that the walls have a finished ledge (a result of the concrete foundation). You can see this in picture 1 and 2 (the pillow and vase are sitting on the ledge). Where do I set up my media wall and place couches? We just bought a three piece sectional with the hopes of placing it in the family/media room.

The first 2 pictures are from the MLS listing. Picture 3 is a visual of how the rooms is laid out. I put in the arrows to show which wall the ledge is on. The room is currently empty.
