Sofa advice

Hi Houzzers!

We are moving this sectional into our finished basement and will replace with new seating. I am having a hard time visualizing what would look best - sofa + sofa, sofa + love seat, sofa + chair(s)? There will be family TV watching happening, so comfort is important. I want a tailored but not fussy look. Open to advice on styles, but will probably stick to a light neutral color. Here are some photos of the room. 20'x20' with 22 ft ceilings.

3-er sofa facing the tv, love seat facing windows, pair of chairs facing love seat. Giant square coffee table in the middle.

A sofa and a pair of chairs provide the most flexibility for arranging and re-arranging. Avoid loveseats as they are notorious for throwing a monkey wrench into arranging furniture. If you need additional seats, a pair of accent chairs flanking the FP would work well. A console on the stairwell wall would be a great place to tuck in a pair of small ottomans for more seating.

An extra long sofa and a pair of chairs. Maybe swivel chairs if viewing the tv is important. Or, you could even get a long consul table behind the sofa with stools tucked under.

A sofa with pull out recliners for comfort in front of TV. A pair of swivel chairs that can easily turn toward the TV, sofa or window. Stools are not comfortable to sit on, especially movie time. Try to keep the large window area open as much as possible for the outside view. Accent chair added but no console along the stairwell unless there is enough space to naturally walk through.
