Hi thanks! It's actually a very common door as I found out after embarking on this project. It's just a "single lite" door that you can find at any company that sells doors (including the big box stores). We painted it black, bought the modern looking hardware from Kwikset (you have to order this set from Amazon etc. - the big box stores don't sell the modern Kwikset handles) and then I bought some adhesive "frosting" which is just like a big sticker you put on the inside of the glass that makes it opaque so you can't see in. The white frame around it on the outside really helps it to pop!
