    Where's the fridge?

Looks good. I would probably paint all the furniture on the porch black (or whatever color you like). Like a satin color, not too shiny, not too dull.

Where is the fridge? It should be in the working triangle. For the size of the space, the island could have been much larger with legs and lots of seating. The wall color and chandelier, seem to dressy for the style of home.

The island is too small for the space...looks a bit forlorn....sorry it's a miss..land no refrigerator? The whole thing could have been so much better....

What you have now, as an island looks like a couple of base cabinets with an oversized top.... if you add a bit of trim and a couple of "furniture" legs it will look more like a custom designed piece....

Thank you everyone for the feedback! For those that inquired about the location of the refrigerator. :) The photo is attached. Agreed on the "working triangle area" in a perfect situation the refrigerator would be within the working triangle. With the limited space that was on the one wall there was simply no room. The home owner was more pleased to locate the refrigerator on an opposite wall rather than demo a wall on either side of existing work space. In the end, I think they made a great decision with the refrigerator placement. Paint color and lighting were chosen by the owners, I feel they did a fabulous job with their selection as well. Regarding the island size.., I agree it could have been larger however limits were set by budget constraints and more importantly the clients were very happy with the overall outcome and in the end.. I think we can all agree that the customer.. is always right. ;)

Nice job, but the front porch post could be a little larger, they look
    A bit small.
