Your bricks on the porch edge and steps look to be in need of some TLC - may re-pointing. I don't see the house number, so you might put one on the front of the top step. Your porch lanterns are not showing well - upgrade in size and get a more reflective metal. I like black front doors. You might replace the door hardware and add a kick plate for an upgrade. Paint the gutter downspouts on the right gabled side with a dark color like black or charcoal so they fade against the brick and don't outline that portion of your house. I'd remove the swing for showings so you get a balanced facade. You can store it in the garage and sell it with the house if there is any interest. You could also hang if from a larger tree or arbor in the back yard. I'm not a fan of clumpy shrubs, especially if they require maintenance and trimming. You want the house to show as maintenance free, so any that require work should be removed. I assume there is a walk to the driveway. I'd like to see one that repeats the curved theme of your porch arches and meanders to the front walk.
