    That is a shower curtain that I adhered to the edge of the sink with velcro tape :)

    Do you have instructions for making that sink skirt out of the shower curtain?

    No fancy instructions needed - just cut it to size, fold over one edge and secure with fabric hemming glue (the other edge will already be sewn), adhere long velcro strip to both fabric and sink and then stick together, that's about it!
