My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      Regarding the bar stool, I've seen a lookalike, possibly the same thing, at Kirklands. They sell them online and in store if you happen to have one in your area, not too expensive either. They come in different colors: red, light blue, light brown, etc...
