My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    The main body or center is approx 24 feet 6 inches in width by 22 feet deep with a ceiling height of 10 but an overall exterior height of 14 feet. Just an FYI the extensions are 12 feet 6 inches wide and 15 feet deep. Thanks for asking!

    Just depends. The driving cost on this design was the concrete moldings and synthetic stucco. There is not much in concrete (just the column footings), not much in framing - there is just 4 columns so most the framing cost is in the roof trusses. So you could do without the moldings and use regualar stucco. It's a beautiful look though, isn't it.
