My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Living room or dining room?

Moving into a new apartment and trying to figure out which room should be the living room or the dining room.

Any advice?

    Looks like you have a wonderful opportunity to make this a fab space! I'd want the dining area to be the smaller of the two spaces, and nearer the kitchen. Since there don't appear to be any ceiling fixtures, you might follow their lead with an arc floor lamp to serve as a dining "chandelier."
