In the photo by Carolyn Chadwick there is a garden fountain, stainless steel, modern sculpture, which is simple and elegant.
WHERE and or how can I get more information on this specific fountain?

Hello, Thank you very much for inquiring about this beautiful fountain. It is made in the Netherlands in Europe. http://www.gardinox.nl/roestvast/fontein-rvs.html
Here is the link and by all means send them an email or phone them. The fontain is called Tusk and comes in 3 different sizes. All Dutch people speak English so you will be able to ask about how you could get hold of one.
