Interior walls

Can you let me know what the interior walls look like? Are they just the back of the cedar v-board or are they treated ply-wood etc.?

    Thanks for your question Todd. The wall with the shower head is shingled. The inside of the other three walls are detailed just like the outside of the walls with v-groove board.
