What is the size that you are working with? There are some standard bathroom sizes that may dictate where items are placed (such as alcove tubs are generally 60" long, and toilets must be at least 15" center away from a wall).

Is the space near any other existing plumbing, especially a toilet waste line? The toilet plumbing will be the most labor-intensive/difficult item to add to a new bathroom. Try to contact a local contractor to get some help and recommendations about where to place items within the space based on how the plumbing lines will connect.
