Hi guys,

Got a great deal on a cast stone fountain due to

2 hairline cracks in it.

We bought it thinking we could figure out How to repair the cracks without much ado.

(We know the basics of masonary , laying bricks, stone etc. but cast stone seems to be a bit of a different animal, from what we've gathered.)

In any event~~ DH

accidently dropped the fountain a bit too hard & the cracks became worse- to the point where the cracks have actually almost broken those 2 areas in two. ( sob )

Does anyone know how to go about repairing cast stone ,

ARe their actually "kits" available for the such ?

Want to be sure-also-that no toxic materials are involved in the "fix" that could eventually "bleed out" since this is to be used in a Koi pond.
