How long have you had it? My 'Sensation' took 2 years to bloom, I think - from a small foot-tall plant. Not familiar with your particular cultivar, but I'd say patience would definitely be a virtue in this case.

I agree with pvick in that it may just need a bit more age and to recover from being moved.
