Ocean front deck furniture

I am building an oceanfront house (with a southwest exposure) on the Oregon coast. There will be a deck overlocking the ocean, and I want to use deck furniture that will last for awhile (I know it is not realistic to expect salt and sea to be kind to any outdoor futniture).

I have seen some tables and chairs on the Web that are very reasonable in price (too reasonable?), but no customer comments from people who live on the ocean. I would like feedback from any of you who live on or near the ocean about the kind of deck furniture you use, and how it lasts.

The furniture I am reading about is: Terazza (anodized aluminum, with balau wood armrests) and Laurel Creek (solid garapera wood).
