What is this Annual

Hi all. I accidently cut off the name on the seed pkg of this annual. I went to the Unwins website but cannot find it there. The seeds are from 2004 and now this plant is growing in my garden and I wanted to research it more.

the pkg says to sow btwn Feb-Apr. It is a half-hardy annual, great for borders. It flowers from June - Sept and grows 16" high and 8" wide.

any idea? I know it's NOT a Dahlia though...I'm not a fan of them due to the slugs.
