Plant wilting

I bought this plant about 3 weeks ago and have recently repotted it. No matter where I put it, it looks ill and wilts. I have put it in full sun, partial shade, indoors and on patio and it still looks ill. I water it regularly and feed it. What am I doing wrong? Do you know what it's called please
