They look fine to me so far. Not a thing wrong with them. It does take a little time for any plant to settle into their garden home when newly planted. I hate to tell you this though, but fertilising directly after planting is not usually recommmended. They already have to get used to being in a new environnment; and then they have to work at taking up food when fertilised; it may be a bit too much for them all at once. Generally, I let my new plants flower once or twice before feeding.

Just be a bit patient; I think you will see that when it warms up a bit more consistently your blooms will take off with the care you seem to be giving them.

They are going to need staking - ideally, one cane to each shoot. Or canes around the plant and then a network of string woven back and forth. Or one of those grow-through supports.
