Greetings...

I planted some Caladium bulbs 2 weeks ago when the weather was warming up. The following week, unfortunately, saw the temperatures unseasonly drop to the 40s, especially in the nights.

Right now, since the past 5-6 days, the temperatures have been hovering around the 80s.

Do you think my bulbs might have got rotten and died during that cold week? Do you think I should dig up a few and check them out?

Your expert opinion is appreciated. Thanks!
