Moving with bulbs

We will be putting our house up for sale and hopefully moving in the next few months. I would like to take our bulbs with as many of them were gifted by friends and a few people on this site when we were newbies :)

The regular hyacinths, crocus, and daffys have all finish blooming a month back but are still green. I need to plant some annual transplants in these beds so they have time to look good before putting the house up. I know your suppose to wait till they completely go dormate but can I dig them up and store now. I am hopeing they may just not produce well next year (due to them not completely renewing their bulb) but still hoping they make it ok. Is this thinking right?

I also have grape hyacinths (flowers just beginning to die off) and iris (hasn't flowered yet) I can wait on this bed but what is the soonest I can dig these up after blooming and store without killing them. I'm also not sure how I can store the grapes and iris' untill we are in the new house.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give.
