The quality of travertines does vary in density and softness. It is important to work with a good tile supplier to find a travertine that fits your needs. Since natural stone is very porous, the best way to prevent stains is to treat the surface with a protective sealer. Overall we find travertine tiles to be easy maintenance and a beautiful choice.

The brand of the pendant is Eurofase. I just checked out their website and didn't see the exact pendant still available. Maybe you could call them and ask. Good luck!

Also, what kind of staircase was used?

The wall is Quartzite – Golden Harvest Ledgestone. The staircase was custom made with Ipe wood and glass and metal balustrades.
