potting soil that does not stain?

Hi everyone, I just paid some serious money for some concrete work on new slabs and patio. I used to use this really cheap soil "Earthgro" aka "Hydronex"? It worked well for my plants but the water comes out is always brown and leave a stain on the patio.. when I moved my potted plants out for the work done..it looked really bad with all the stains.. I don't want something like this to deter future buyers of the house.

I know something like miracle grow potting mix does not stain at all but it shrink alot due to the peat. It wasn't very good long term.

I don't have time to mix my own potting mix, I grow mostly citrus and Japanese maples in pots. Any ideas what soil I can use?

So if you have bright white concrete and pots and you have no problems let me know!

Thanks
