Please...Based on anyones experience with good citrus growth in a well drained soil. Can someone give me advice.I know that in order to grow in clay pot the soil cant be too fast draining or u will be watering everyother day...Especially when u go on vacation..They would dry up and die...Do I am turning to plastic pots..Which as we all know you MUST use a well fast draining airy mix. Well hear is the question?.I want to make a good soil or amend one that will be best suited for plastic pots. MY ingrediants are...Pumice, Sand, a good potting soil with peat moss, coco fibers, old composted bark, bark chips, perlite, volcanic lava, cedar shavings, charcoal and worm compost better known as worm castings..

Can anyone please help me make a great potting mix with all these choices that my citrus would thrive in? Guess I am tired of guessing. Thanks so much
