My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    this flooring is engineered hardwood called jamaican oak and it sells for around 10.00 -12.00 dollars /sq ft
    However, there is a laminate by Quickstyle called Hazelnut that sells for around 2.92 /sq ft. (AC4) And it is almost identical except for the very dark tones in the original photo.
