Low Nitrogen in Soil Question.

Hello everyone,

i finally stepped away from doin vegetables in buckets and started a garden this year. tomatoes peppers and eggplant. i am curious, after doin' a soil test i have found out that the soil i mixed is pretty low in nitrogen and the phosphors and potassium are High. PH is around 7- 7.5. the reason i even did the test is cause all of the sudden things have started to slow down after being very rapid for almost 2 months. my romas are prevalent but they wont turn and ripen. beautiful but green. Creoles are small and giving energy to one tomato, grape tomatoes have slowed down tremendously. the bell peppers are still very small with lil' growth. and out of 3, only one of the eggplants is growin'. so i have read ammonia sulfate 21-0-0 or alfalfa hay or manure can be added to spike the nitrogen. i realize to much will make beautiful plants with no fruit. what should i do. i was going to add my normal MIRACLE GROW fertilizer for tomatoes 18-18-21, but afraid to add more P and K. will that be a problem? if so what can i use that would break down fast enough to give my plants the energy they need? new to a garden so bare with me ! thank u for any advice n God Bless
